Katelyn joined the Bloomfield lab in May, 2013 through a summer position. As a bird-watcher, she hopes to gain knowledge and experience with black-capped chickadees. Katelyn is currently completing her undergraduate degree in psychology at Algoma University and has the goal of going to graduate school to pursue a masters degree.

Madeleine joined the Bloomfield lab in February, 2014 to gain experience in a scientific setting. She received a USRA (Undergraduate Student Research Award) to research the meaning of chickadee calls. Madeleine graduated with an honors bachelor of science degree in psychology at Algoma University, and is now attending graduate school at Western University for psychology.
Jenna Congdon: Jenna worked in the Bloomfield lab from February to August in 2013 capturing and recording black-capped chickadees. Jenna is continuing this work at the University of Alberta where she is currently working on her MSc with Dr. Christopher B. Sturdy.
